Processing Time

Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or launch events, processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All orders ship via USPS or UPS.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed after carrier pickup. If a package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly and email us for assistance if needed.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot change addresses after an order is processed.

Delivery Delays
