Eligibility

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery if items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags.

• Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or discounted items

• Accessories, jewelry, hats

• Intimates or swimwear

• Gift cards or mystery/bundle items

Process

1. Email info@shopwithroxyofficial.com or use our contact form with your order number.

2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping.

3. After inspection, store credit is issued within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace (if available) or issue credit.

Refunds

Refunds to original payment method are only issued for duplicate charges or Shop With Roxy errors.
